We have the ability to collect the domain and IP address of all visitors to the Axter site. The information does not identify you as an individual, but only the computer that is being used to view the site. We may use this data for statistical purposes to help us improve our service. We do not link this data with any personal information collected through the site nor will we use it to communicate with you unless you specifically requested us to respond. (See Data collection and use). We do not use cookies on the Axter web site.

In order to receive or use our services via the web site you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address etc.) Such services include requesting information about Axter's work.

By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Axter to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. Any information you do provide will never be supplied to anyone outside Axter without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged by law to disclose it.

We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with relevant data protection legislation.
