Technical advice |
| Axter's team of trained technical advisers is freely available to give initial design advice on all aspects of waterproofing for roofing, podium decks and civil engineering structures. Involving Axter at an early stage in a project will ensure that the correct cost effective solution is used on the project be it for a new construction or for renovating an existing structure. The complex nature of roofing makes it impossible to offer one system with one installation method to cover the myriad of different constructions and designs. Axter provides full condition reports, for existing roofs, and detailed specifications including detail drawings for every contract. | |

Training |
| A fully equipped training facility is available, upon demand, to train not only our own sales and technical teams but also contractors and specifiers alike. This ensures that all members of the team, including contractor's personnel are fully equipped to correctly install Axter materials. | |

Installers |
| Axter has, in effect, been supply-chain partnering with its trained installers since the inception of the AXTERSHIELD INSTALLER scheme in 1984. These contractors sign a Deed of Appointment, which ensures that the client receives a first quality roof each and every time. This Deed includes provision for the appointment of an alternative contractor, in the unlikely event that the contractor fails to meet his repair obligations, with no additional cost to the client. | |

Site visits |
| Axter's after care team visits sites on a regular basis to ensure that installation is proceeding correctly as well as to give advice on installation of details etc; many of which may not have been apparent at the tender stage. They can also give on the job training for those highly technical specifications not normally covered by formal industry wide training schemes. | |
