  INTRODUCTION

TOPFIX FMP Sanded is a composite polyester/glass reinforced polymer (SBS) modified bituminous membrane finished on its upper surface with a macro perforated plastic film and on its lower surface with fine sand.

The surface is marked with two coloured lines at 5 cm and 12 cm from the selvedge to indicate the fixing line and the overlap respectively.

  
  USAGE

TOPFIX FMP Sanded is used as the first or base layer in a multi-layer waterproofing system. It is installed by mechanical fastening along its selvedge.

PRESENTATION

Rolls of 10 m2 (10 m x 1 m), with a nominal weight of 30 kg.

STORAGE

Rolls to be stored upright and away from heat.
