  INTRODUCTION

VERNIS ANTAC is a fast drying, cold applied bituminous based primer.

 
  USAGE

VERNIS ANTAC is used as

  • Bituminous based primer used on all substrates (concrete, metal, timber...) before laying the waterproofing membranes to provide a good key for the bitumen and to protect the substrate from moisture
  • To coat basements and the protection of ground contact structures such as foundations.

PRESENTATION

VERNIS ANTAC is packaged as follows:

  • 30 l drum nom. weight 30.5 kg
  • 5 l drum, nom. weight 5.5 kg
  • 400 ml spray can
  • 200l drum, nom. weight 208 kg

STORAGE

  • Product must be stored in a cool well ventilated area
  • Product must be kept away from naked flame or electrostatic charge
  • Shelf life (unsealed in original packaging) : 1 year.

COMMENTS Safety precautions must be taken whilst using this product. These are listed in the VERNIS ANTAC COSSH sheet. Do not eat or drink while using this product. VERNIS ANTAC is not toxic: do not inhale fumes, eat it and avoid contact with the skin. Do not dispose of is remains in sewers.
In its spray can format, VERNIS ANTAC must be installed by spraying about 20 cm from the substrate, ensuring that the surface is homogeneously covered with primer.
