Where products are purchased through a third party such as a specialist roofing merchant Axter offers a joint liability warranty. Axter guarantees that in the event that water penetration has occurred or is likely to occur as a result of a manufacturing fault in one or more Axter products then Axter Ltd will, by repair or replacement, make good the waterproofing integrity of the roof structure. In addition the Installer guarantees his installation and workmanship in a similar manner. This means that if the failure was the result of installation or workmanship then the installer will make the necessary repair or renewal. Warranties are available for either 15 or 20 years depending upon the materials and specification installed.

Warranty-Plus

Axter's higher performance membranes, when supplied by Axter through a third party such as a specialist roofing merchant and installed by an Axter Alliance Installer in accordance with current norms and standards, are covered by the Alliance Warranty-plus for either 15 or 20 years so long as the solvency insurance premium has been paid. In the event that water penetration has occurred or is likely to occur as a result of a manufacturing defect in the product, or a workmanship error then Axter Ltd will, by replacement or repair, make good the waterproofing integrity of the roof structure.
