Axter's Flat Roofing Systems

Range

Axter's range of rubber and TPO modified, polymeric reinforced waterproofing membranes are for use with thermal insulation for low slope roofing.  All elements within each system are designed to be fully compatible, with maximum integration and consistent detailing.  All products are environmentally safe, can be recycled, and conform to British and European Standards.

Appearance

Axter systems are adaptable to virtually any architectural shape or design.  Warm roof membranes are self finished in a wide choice of colours or in metal foil to suit almost any aesthetic requirement. The appearance of inverted systems depends upon the type of usage and protection layer required – green roofing, paving, macadam, gravel. 

Installation

Installation of Axter roofing systems is carried out by specialist contractors who are approved under the Axter long term design liability and product installation guarantee programme.

Performance

Axter products help achieve sustainability and environmental objectives.  Properly designed and installed Axter systems will continue to protect buildings for at least 75 years, providing building life cost benefits.  When products become worn, an overlay will extend the life of the roof without the need for a costly strip and renew programme.
